After downloading and installing the software, the Product Key will be displayed when you open the App. On the window displayed, click on 'Activate'. You will be required to provide your Product Key, mobile number and email address when making payments. After a successful payment, an Activation Key will be automatically sent to your mobile number and email address. Please check your spam box in case you could not find it in your inbox.
Each Activation key is valid for only one device. You will need to purchase another key to use the software on a different device. But you can reactivate the software on the same device using the same keys if peradventure your device crashes and you reformat the device. Just make sure you have your Product Key and Activation Key ready.
Yes! Once activated, all features—including question banks, timers, and results—work 100% offline. You only need internet for the initial download and activation of the App, and for initial download of classroom Videos
Product keys are displayed whenever you open a Windows Desktop CBTGrill App before activation. It is also displayed when you click 'Activate' on an Android CBTGrill App before activation. You can also get it from the menu bar of the App.
